In the Korean movie 200 Pounds Beauty, the big fat Na Na decided to undergo plastic surgery and transformed into a very slim and pretty woman (played by Kim Ah Joong, 1000looks’ no 3 most beautiful Korean Actress). Some of you might not know that in real life she actually undergo the same transformation. I have no comment if she had plastic surgery or not, i’ll just let you guys decide.

In this age of plastic surgeries, silicone, double eyelid surgery and other artificial procedures, it is hard to find a beauty that is natural. Sure Angelina Jolie looks hot and Hyori Lee looks breathtaking, but they both has had some plastic surgeries.
